Delta Olenas Jul wins heeling class at Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo |
JUL ridden by veteran trainer Bobby Lewis of Overbrook, Ok came to Houston to participate in the Gulf Coast Paint Horse Show held during the Houston Livestock & Rodeo. JUL took 1st in the Heeling, Second in the Steer Topping and 3rd in the heeding. Great job, Bobby

Delta Olenas Jul finishes 6th in NRCHA World Show Finals, Stephenville, Texas |
JUL ridden by Tom Neel showed at the NRCHA World Show event held in Stephenville, Texas in the Open Bridle class. JUL was the only paint horse to make it to the finals which took only 10 back from the Preliminaries. JUL and Tom were having a good run until circling the cow when JUL stumbled on what appeared as bad ground. Even with the stumble they finished 6th in the finals. Thanks Tom

Teles Song wins first place at the ACHA Cutting at Nueces Canyon Ranch |
Lacey as we call her and her trainer Billy Bob took first place with a score of 74 in the ACHA cutting at Nueces Canyon Ranch in Brenham, Tx. She showed in her aged event he 5/6 year olds. She yet again collected another check increasing her earnings to over $5,000 to date. Lacey will show in Crocket in September, the ACHA World Championships in September and the AQHA World Championships in NOvember, 2009. Good Luck Billy Bob

Freckle Face Cowgirl shows in SRCHA Futurity Ardmore, Ok |

Freckle Face Cowgirl finished 3rd in SRCHA Intermediate Open Futurity |
Cowgirl who has been trained by Robert Chown, veteran reined cow trainer and multiple World Champion of Gainesville, Tx was shown by Robert in the rigorous reined cow futurity sponsored by the SRCHA. The show was held at the Hardy Murphy Colesium in Ardmore Ok. She had to participate in the Herd Work one day, the reining the next and the final event, the fence work on Sunday the 23rd. Her total score was a 420 and that was good enough for 3rd place in the Intermediate Open. Along with go around checks in the reining and fence work, her total for the week was $2,000.00 in winings. Cowgirl and Robert now head to Reno for the NRCHA Futurity held September 20, - October 4, 2009. Best of Luck Robert and Cowgirl
